“Jessica was an incredible day-of coordinator. She went above and beyond to help us organize our venue, get responses from their team, and saved us from rookie errors throughout the planning process. She helped us set up our seating arrangement, place food stations, organize a vendor timeline and run-of-show, etc.

We could not have done our wedding without Jessica. The venue surprised us two weeks beforehand that they would be turning the main dining space from another event while we were at cocktail hour. Jessica took this in stride and did so much that we never saw or worried about. She directed flower placement and table cleaning. She made sure the napkins were set out correctly. She found a solution when there were two fewer seats at a table than we were told. All of this happened exactly how we would have done it, but without us having to get involved.
